EuroACHD is the annual official event of the ESC Working Group on Adult Congenital Heart Disease. The 16th edition will take place on 11 - 12 April 2025 in Naples, Italy.

This event presents rapid-fire sessions, case-based symposia and debates that allow intense interaction between the audience and experts in various fields of congenital cardiology and also in-depth discussion of ongoing questions.

In addition, we invite you to register to the “Echocardiography Imaging Course in Adult Congenital Heart Disease”, a theoretical and practical course on 10 April from 13:20 to 17:20. It’s where you will learn useful tips and tricks from experts in the field.

EuroACHD 2025 is organised in collaboration with the ACHD Academy ECHO meeting 2025 and the 14th Monaldi symposium.

EuroACHD 2025 is endorsed by the Associazione Nazionale Medici Cardiologi Ospedalieri (ANMCO) - National Association Hospital Cardiologists, SIC - Società Italiana di Cardiologia and SICP - Società Italiana di Cardiologia Pediatrica.

BEST ABSTRACTS

Among all abstracts presented (in poster format) during EuroACHD 2025, the best posters achieving the highest scores, as adjudicated by an ad hoc independent panel of reviewers, will be invited to present their work orally during the Moderated posters session and the best poster will receive an Award certificate and a free registration for next edition of EuroACHD Annual meeting.

BEST PAPERS IN ACHD

Among all the papers on ACHD received (achieving the highest scores, as adjudicated by a specific commission of reviewers), the best papers will be invited to present their work orally during the Best Papers in ACHD in the years 2023-2024 session on 12 April.

For application, please find below the mandatory criteria: 

• The first author should be under 35 years old
• The paper should be on ACHD and published in an indexed journal between January 2024 and February 2025
• The submitted work will be evaluated by a commission of the WG on ACHD
• Selected presenters will need to register for the Congress
