Objectives

This course is designed to help participants prepare for certification in cardiovascular magnetic resonance.

The programme comprises a mix of interactive lectures and hands-on practical lessons with simulation scanning and image analysis sessions in which attendees will perform on dedicated workstations.

It also includes a review of clinical cases that can contribute to the logbook of cases to submit for the EACVI CMR certification:

  • Review the principle of CMR physics
  • Review the role of CMR in acquired cardiovascular disease
  • Review the role of CMR in congenital cardiovascular disease
  • Learn image analysis during hands-on sessions
  • Learn image interpretation during interactive reading with the expert sessions.

Registration

Registration Fees (VAT included):

  • EACVI Silver Member: €1,080
  • EACVI Associate and non-member: €1,280
  • FEACVI & EACVI Silver Member for Young (under 40 years old): €800

The registration fee includes :

  • Course participation from Thursday, 19 September at 08:00 to Saturday, 21 September at 13:30
  • Catering including one group dinner
  • Three nights' accommodation at Moxy Sophia Antipolis from 18 to 20 September
  • Transportation from the venue to the hotel and from the hotel to the venue

N.B : Travel is not included in the registration fee – we kindly remind you that this arrangement must be booked on your side and remains at your own expense.
