Assistant Professor in clinical epidemiology at Karolinska Institutet and junior physician at the Department of Endocrinology, Karolinska University Hospital and Center for Diabetes, Stockholm Region. Obtained medical degree and a PhD in epidemiology at Karolinska Institutet and was a post-doctoral researcher at Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. Current research focus include pharmacoepidemiological studies on glucose-lowering drugs, cholesterol-lowering drugs and dual antiplatelet therapy as well as cardiovascular risk prediction.
