My name is Michal Laufer Perl (MD, MHA, FESC, FHFA), and I’m a clinical associate professor with expertise in heart failure and cardio-oncology. Following a clinical observation at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York in 2016, I was appointed as the Director of the Cardiovascular Clinics and Head of the Heart Failure Service at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. Currently, I'm leading the telemedicine and hospital-at-Home program in Cardiology. I have served as Secretary of the Cardiomyopathy Section of the Israel Cardiology Association from 2021 to 2025, and I currently sit on the ESC Heart Failure Association's committee (Heart Failure Matters (HFM) and Scientific Committee on Cardio-Oncology), and participated in the ACC’s 2026 Global Leadership Institute. I have authored over 80 peer-reviewed publications, presented more than 45 abstracts, and participated as an invited speaker at numerous leading international scientific meetings.
