Doctor Akshaya Gopalakrishnan

I am a chief medical resident at the Brooklyn Hospital Center, affiliated with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. I am interested in Cardiology with special focus on cardiac imaging and cardiovascular disease in women. I conduct population epidemiology and large database research to identify novel risk factors and trends in various cardiovascular disease process.
