Prof. Saul Myerson MB ChB MD FRCP FESC Prof. Myerson is a consultant cardiologist at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, UK, and an associate professor at the University of Oxford. He has particular expertise in cardiac imaging, especially cardiovascular magnetic resonance, and he is head of cardiac imaging and physiology for the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust. His clinical and research interests are in heart valve disease, aortic disease and cardiomyopathies. He has published widely (>100 papers), has given many national and international lectures and is editor of the Oxford Handbooks of Cardiology Emergencies, Valve Disease and Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance. He qualified from the University of Bristol and completed further training in London and Oxford.
