Dr Lee is a professor of nursing at University College Cork in Ireland. She worked as a nurse consultant and ran a nurse-led rapid access Atrial Fibrillation clinic at Guys Hospital, London for 5 years. She was previously employed as a Reader in Advanced Clinical Practice at Kings College London, UK. She has published over 130 peer-reviewed papers on quality of life, cognition and patient-centred care. She is currently a committee member for the Advocacy Committee within ACNAP.
