Biography
Magalie Ladouceur is Head of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Unit at Hôpital Marie Lannelongue and Associate Professor of Cardiology at Paris-Saclay University, France. She is an academic ACHD cardiologist with a PhD in systemic right ventricle imaging and advanced training in cardiovascular imaging. Her clinical and research expertise focuses on complex ACHD, heart failure, pregnancy, epidemiology, and risk stratification. She has led national and international ACHD registries, contributed to European collaborative research and education, and authored more than 150 peer-reviewed publications. She has been an elected voting Nucleus Member of the ESC Working Group on ACHD since 2020 and was re-elected for the 2024–2026 mandate. She is committed to strengthening the Working Group as an inclusive European platform for clinical excellence, research, education, mentorship and collaboration.
