Mr Nils Gumpfer

Nils Gumpfer is a doctoral candidate at Research Campus of Central Hesse, working with Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, Justus-Liebig University Giessen, and Philipps Univiersity Marburg in an Artificial Intelligence based research project. The main subject of his dissertation is "Explainable Deep Learning for Localization of Structural Changes in Myocardium". His work focuses on the development and training of deep neural networks for disease detection based on Electrocardiograms, as well as research on methods for explainable artificial intelligence in the medical context. Nils Gumpfer has 5 years of experience in data analysis and 3 years in applied artificial intelligence.
