Dr. Veronika Vejtasova has been working at the Department of Cardiology, Motol University Hospital, Prague (Czech Republic) since January 2020. The main field of her interest is echocardiography and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. During her pregradual studies, she already started her scientific career in non-invasive assessment of cardiovascular system while stuidying in a special general medicine programme. The positive experience led her to postgraduate studies of Preventive Medicine at Charles University, Prague in 2022. The subject of her studies are prognostic factors in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, as presented in the moderated poster at ESC Congress 2022.
