Current position: Associate Professor - University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila", Discipline of Internal Medicine and Cardiolgy at University Emergency Hospital Bucharest, Romania Chief of the Unity of Surveillance and Advanced Treatment of Critical Cardiac Patients – University Emergency Hospital Bucharest National coordinator of the post-graduate course for license in vascular ultrasound. 1989 - graduation of University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila". 1998 - traineeship in vascular ultrasound in the service of Vascular Medicine at CHU d’Amiens 2006 - PhD based on the thesis: “The value of Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis”. Main fields of interest: Arterial hypertension - Specialist in Clinical Hypertension indorsed by the European Society of Hypertension since 2008, member in the organising committee of SEPHAR project, including the epidemiological evaluation of arterial hypertension and associated risk factors in Romania.
