Biography
Giulia La Vecchia obtained her medical degree in 2018 at the University of La Sapienza in Rome, Italy. She completed her Cardiology training at the Catholic University of Sacred Heart in Rome, Italy. She is currently attending her PhD program at the Catholic University of Sacred Heart in Rome. Giulia was a former fellow at the Department of non-invasive Cardiology of King's College Hospital under the supervision of Professor Mark Monaghan and a former clinical and currently research fellow at the CMR Department of the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospital, London. Her field of interest include cardiac imaging (CMR and echocardiography) as well as coronary artery disease's pathophysiology.
