Dr. Rodríguez González is a Cardiologist with special training in The Heart Failure and heart transplant field. She got a degree in epidemiology and she has been involved in the research field. She got training in palliative care in the cardiovascular field. She is the head of the heart failure and transplant department of the Cardioinfantil Foundation in Bogotá ( Colombia). She is an HFES certified Heart Failure Cardiologist. A member of the Colombian Society of Cardiology, a member of the European Heart failure society, and the Coordinator of the cardiovascular palliative care group of the Colombian society of cardiology.
