Mr Steven Schwarz

Steven Schwarz is 26 years old and a medical student in the 4th year at the University of Greifswald, Germany. He is currently working on his doctoral thesis and deals especially with ceramides and its impact on the cardiovascular system. The lipids may play an important role in atherogenesis and following pathological events like heart attacks. Therefore, investigations about ceramides may be in focus of future prevention measures.
