Katarzyna Mizia-Stec MD, PhD, Prof.

Publications: Author and co-author of articles on echocardiography, clinical and biochemical markers of endothelial function, pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease and obesity (IF: 313.979, Citation number: 590; Hisch’s Index: 14).
Major field of interest: Bed-site studies on heart failure, atrial fibrillation, atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease; role of ultrasound and biochemical markers of endothelial function in cardio-vascular diseases, remodeling of systemic arteries in different pathologic settings; novel imaging modalities in cardiology; rare cardiovascular diseases
