Leili Jafari is a PhD student at Justus Liebig University Giessen (JLU) in Germany. She is a researcher at the department of experimental cardiology of university hospital Giessen and Marburg as well as at the Kerckhoff research institute in collaboration with Max Plank Institute for heart and lung research. Her research is mainly focused on the transcriptional landscape of human right heart hypertrophy and failure. She also works on the impact of pulmonary endarterectomy on the molecular landscape of right ventricle in chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension.
