Associate Professor Virginie Le Rolle

Virginie Le Rolle received an engineer’s degree from SUPELEC in 2003, a Ph.D. degree in signal processing from the University of Rennes 1 in 2006 and an habilitation to supervise research (HDR) in 2018 . She is now Associate Professor at the University of Rennes 1 and is affiliated with the INSERM research group LTSI (Laboratoire Traitement du Signal et de l’Image), INSERM U1099. Her research interests include multi-resolution modelling of physiological systems, signal processing and model-based biosignal interpretation. She is currently PI of the ANR MAESTRo project and she has responsibilities in several French and European projects: ANR AdaptVNS (WP leader), EU DigiNewB (task leader), ANR SAPHIR, EUREKA ADAPTER, PSPC INTENSE. She has supervised 10 PhD theses (6 currently ongoing) and 6 post-doctoral researchers.
