Dr. Veauthyelau Saint-Joy is a Cardiology physician at Centre Hospitalier de la Basse-Terre (CHBT) in Guadeloupe. He first started his training at Hopital Universitaire de Mirebalais (HUM) in Haiti than completed his training in Centre Hospitalier d’Antibes in France. During his training he received a biomedical research certification from Harvard University and a certification in Development Project Management deliver by the Inter-American Development Bank (BID). He co-Started the Global Medical Education Network, a non-profit to address the global disparity in Medical Education in LMICs
