Giulia Iannaccone graduated from the Sapienza University of Rome. During medical school, she attendend the Cardiology Department of the Hospital Clinic in Barcelona, Spain. Subsequently, she underwent a Cardiology traineeship at the Erasmus Thorax Centre in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. She completed her residency in Cardiology at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, Italy. During her residency, she underwent a fellowship in Cardiomyopathies at the Careggi Hospital in Florence, Italy. At present, she is a PhD candidate at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, Italy. She is currently attending a fellowship in ACHD at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London, UK. She works as a Cardiology Consultant in Echocardiography, Cardiomyopathies and ACHD at the Gemelli Hospital in Rome, Italy.
