Richard Mindham is a patient representative on the ESC’s Patient Forum. Following a diagnosis of Dilated Cardiomyopathy in 2007, Mr Mindham has contributed to a number of efforts which seek to improve the lives of Heart Failure patients and their families. These include Patient Representation on:

Mr Mindham’s HF interests include Rehabilitation, especially exercise, PROMs/PREMs, Quality Indicators, Research.
