Biography
Dr. Mattia Alexis Amico is a Medical Doctor who graduated from the University of Florence in 2019. Currently, he is a Resident Doctor specializing in Cardiovascular Diseases, gaining experience at Careggi Hospital in Florence and Giustinianeo Hospital in Padua. In 2023, Dr. Amico obtained a Master's Degree in Transoesophageal and Advanced Echocardiography from the University of Padua and completed a fellowship in the Critical Care Unit (CICU) at Giustinianeo Hospital. He is a member of the CardioThoracoVascular and Mechanical Ventilation research group of the Italian Society of Anesthesia and Intensive Care. His primary fields of interest and research include multimodality imaging and intensive care.
