Biography
Dr Subodh Verma is a cardiac surgeon-scientist, Full Professor, and the Canada Research Chair in Cardiovascular Surgery. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences and was named a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher in Clinical Medicine in 2022. 2023 and 2024. His interests include translational science and clinical trials in the areas of cardiometabolic disease, heart failure, atherosclerosis, PAD and regenerative medicine. He is also Chair of CardioLink Trials Program.
