Professor Jacques Barth

Studied endocrinology and cardiovascular diseases at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Spent 2 years at UBC in Vancouver to develop a healthy heart program. Was recruited by NASA at Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena at the Biomedical Image processing Laboratory (CalTech). Worked at the University of Southern California (Keck School of Medicine) for 14 years helped to develop ehealth applications. I moved to the Netherlands to apply ehealth option. Presently, I started a post PTSD program for Shoa survivors-offspring to asses cardiovascular implications and epigenetic changes ( www.treegenes.nl ). Fascinated by the transgenerational transmission of trauma and medical consequences of trauma and resilience.
