Biography
Assoc. professor Maxim Didenko MD, PhD, FEHRA works in interventional cardiac electrophysiology field since 1999. In 2018 graduated with Diploma of Advanced Studies in Cardiac Arrhythmia management (DAS-CAM) in Maastricht University. From 2005 till 2022 - head of department of interventional arrhythmology of Kupriyanov Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic in St. Petersburg (Russia). He has big experience in almost all types of electrophysiological procedures including catheter ablation and device implantations. Besides his clinical work since 2008 he is internationally recognized academic teacher and hands-on trainer in the field of cardiac electrophysiology and especially in a field clinical anatomy for electrophysiologists. Published over 100 publications (books, articles, theses). Active member of EHRA. 2015-2020 member of EHRA educational committee, 2020-2022 - member of EHRA certification committee. Currently he is working in Heart and Diabetes Center NRW University Hospital, Germany.
