Doctor Robin Chand

Dr. Robin Chand was born in the Fiji Islands, migrated to the United States as an infant, and was raised in Modesto, CA. He graduated from University of California, Davis with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Genetics and Psychology, and moved to San Francisco to join UCSF as a health policy analyst evaluating teen pregnancy prevention programs in California. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania Post-Baccalaureate program prior to attending the University of Washington School of Medicine. During his medical school career, Dr. Chand also completed a summer NIH research fellowship.
