Dr. Julianne Fallon, PharmD, BCCP is a clinical cardiology pharmacist at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency and PGY2 cardiology pharmacy residency at the University of Virginia Health. She is a graduate of the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy.
