Biography
Graduated in Physiotherapy from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1999), specialization in Respiratory Physiotherapy (UFMG-2001), master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences (2004), doctorate in Health Sciences - Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine, from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2008) and postdoctorate in telehealth, by the same university. She is currently a professor at José do Rosário Vellano University, where she works as a tutorial group tutor, team project teacher and university extension coordinator - Medicina - Campus BH. In addition, she is coordinator of the Tele-Education division of the Telehealth Center of the UFMG Hospital das Clínicas. She has experience in Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy and the use of telehealth tools in primary care.
