Jenna-Lee Taylor is a PhD candidate with The School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences at The University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. Her research interest in cardiac rehabilitation has stemmed from her career as an exercise physiologist and dietitian within the cardiac rehabilitation department at The Wesley Hospital, Brisbane, Australia. Specifically, her interests involve the effect of high intensity interval training on cardiorespiratory fitness, vascular health, visceral adipose tissue, inflammation, and other metabolic processes that play a role in the secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease. With a strong clinical background, translation of findings into practice is an important focus of her research.
