Doctor Irfan Ali Rind

Dr Irfan Ali Rind is a UK-trained Consultant Cardiologist based in Chester and North Wales, specialising in advanced cardiac imaging, heart valve disease and heart failure. He holds EACVI Level 3 certification in Cardiac CT, the highest European accreditation, alongside full EACVI TOE and BSE accreditation in transthoracic and stress echocardiography. Fellowship-trained at King’s College Hospital London, Royal Papworth Hospital Cambridge and Barts Health NHS Trust, he leads stress echocardiography, TOE and valve services at Wrexham Maelor Hospital. He established a several physiologist-led services to expand diagnostic capacity. Dr Rind has authored 18+ peer-reviewed publications and serves nationally with the British Society of Echocardiography and as faculty for the British Cardiovascular Society Imaging Village.
