Dr Rocco Friebel is Assistant Professor at the Department of Health Policy, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Visiting Fellow at the Center for Global Development. He is Programme Director of the Executive Masters in Health Economics, Outcomes and Management in Cardiovascular Sciences. Dr Friebel specialises in the assessment of quality of care delivered by health systems around the world. His work investigates the impact of national-level and regional regulatory policies, their implications for health system finances and quality of care for patients. He has published widely, including in the Lancet, Medical Care, Health Economics, and Health Policy journals.
