Biography
Dr. Daniel Neunhäuserer studied human medicine (MD) for 6 years in Innsbruck and in 2009 transferred to the University Institute for Preventive and Rehabilitative Sports Medicine in Salzburg, where he completed his PhD in Molecular Medicine in the field of Sports Medicine. Since 2012 Dr. Neunhäuserer works at the Division of Sport and Exercise Medicine of the Department of Medicine - University of Padova, where he also completed his medical specialization in Sport and Exercise Medicine. He is currently working there as Assistant Professor continuing to be engaged in his research projects in the fields of sports medicine and physical exercise training in chronic diseases. Meanwhile, Dr. Neunhäuserer completed also his Italian and Austrian scientific Habilitation in Sport and Exercise Science and Sports Medicine, respectively.
