Professor Domenico Galzerano

Professor Domenico Galzerano, MD, FESC is a Consultant Cardiology, Non invasive cardiac imaging , at The Heart Centre, King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center and Professor of Medicine , Alfaisal University, College of Medicine, Affiliate Harvard Medical School , Riyadh, (SA). Clinical and academic cardiologist with international extensive experience in cardiovascular medicine and cardiac imaging in particular in the field of echocardiography. The Echocardiography Lab at the KFSH&RC provides an extensive range of services including 2D and 3D echo (TTE and TEE), stress echo, and contrast echo. The lab also provides imaging support for intra-perioperative or intra-periprocedure structural heart interventions and cardiac surgery. He started to be involved in 3D echocardiography in 1995 in Boston , at Tufts University where he worked in clinical and research setting. He started his academic career in 1992 at Second University of Naples(Italy).
