Tamrat Assefa (PhD) is an Assistant Professor and Clincal Pharmacy Specialist and serves as Coordinator of the Pharmacist-Led Anticoagulation Clinic at TASH, Addis Ababa University. Tamrat specializes in anticoagulation management, particularly warfarin therapy, and is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and adherence. He is Co-Chair of the ISTH SSC Subcommittee on Control of Anticoagulation. Tamrat has contributed to the INVICTUS trial.
