Biography
Jelle de Jong is a Ph.D. student of the department of Clinical & Experimental Cardiology at the Amsterdam UMC studying the efficacy of a tertiary Syncope Unit. Jelle de Jong is a Ph.D. student from the Netherlands focussed on the efficacy of a tertiary syncope unit. His interest in this subject started while working as a webmaster for www.syncopedia.org, a website with educational material about syncope. His main academic focus is the diagnostic yield and accuracy of a syncope unit, the quality of life of patients with syncope, and the use of pacemakers in patients with syncope.
