Biography
Doctor Filippo Angelini serves as an attending cardiologist at the Department of Cardiology, Città Della Salute e della Scienza Hospital in Torino, where he works in the cardiac intensive care unit and the cardiomyopathy and heart transplant outpatient clinic. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Perugia in 2016, mentored by Professor Giancarlo Agnelli, and completed his cardiology residency at the University of Turin in 2021 under the guidance of Professor Gaetano Maria De Ferrari. He is currently an honorary fellow in Cardiology at the University of Turin.
Dr. Angelini is the scientific co-director of the University of Turin’s course on percutaneous stellate ganglion block and a certified ACLS instructor. He holds a Master’s degree in cardiac intensive care (University of Padua, Dr. Cristina Cacciavillani) and completed the PCHF program on heart failure (London, Professor Thomas Lüscher).
He has authored more than 70 peer-reviewed publications.
