I am Andréa Falcão, M.D., Ph.D. in Cardiology from Brazil. I have working at Heart Institute (INCOR) for 25 years. Graduated at Universidade de Pernambuco, Brazil in 1988, concluded my Cardiology PhD in 2002 at the Heart Institute (INCOR), São Paulo University Medical School, Sao Paulo, in Brazil. In 2014 I have completed an internship in Nuclear Medicine Imaging, at Duke University in Durham, NC, USA. My field of interest concerns Electrocardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, Coronary Artery Diseases, Atherosclerosis, and Viability in ventricular dysfunction, as observed in investigations such as in the European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2017, vol.44, pages 876-885. I have been participated for many years in the Brazilian Department of Exercise, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Sports Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology (DERC) of the Brazilian Society of Cardiology (SBC). Also, have many medical chapters in Brazilian books.
