Doctor Raisa Trigulova

Raisa Trigulova, MD, PhD, DSc Doctor of Medicine, Professor of Medicine, Leading Researcher and Specialist of the Scientific Department of Ischemic Heart Disease of the Republican Specialized Scientific Practical Medical Center of Cardiology and the Scientific Department of Diabetology of the Republican Specialized Scientific Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Her main interests are focused on studying the peculiarities of the relationship between hyperglycemia and the progression of coronary heart disease with the formation of diastolic and systolic dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with chronic kidney disease, evaluating the effectiveness of treatment with modern drugs to determine possible mechanisms for predicting disease outcomes. Dr. Trigulova has published over 200 articles in medical journals. She is a renowned clinician and frequent speaker at national and international conferences on cardiology and diabetes.
