Dr Nadezhda Vinogradova, PhD, is a Consultant Cardiologist at City center for the treatment of СHF in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. Work in the center of treatment CHF and the study of the epidemiology of CHF, the organization of medical care for patients with CHF, rehabilitation in CHF are her priority areas. She formed the register of patients with CHF and conducted a two-year prospective observation. She has a regional and national profile. Dr Vinogradova works as an associate professor of «Privolzhsky Research Medical University» of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation since 2007. She works as Consultant Cardiologist at City center for the treatment of СHF in Nizhny Novgorod from date of its foundation in 2016. She has experience in organization of health care system for patients with CHF. Besides she is consultant cardiologist and internist in City Clinical Hospital № 38 in Nizhny Novgorod.
