Aurelio Secinaro is the Director of the Advanced Cardio-Thoracic Imaging Unit at Bambino Gesù Children's Hospital in Rome and an Adjunct Professor at Humanitas University in Milan. His clinical work and research are focused on Cardiovascular MR and CT in children and congenital heart disease. He started CMR/CT more than a decade ago, after completing his training at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London His dedication to Cardiovascular Imaging is unyielding and since 2018 he has led a team of Cardiologists and Radiologists involved in the field. Dr Aurelio Secinaro actively promotes the clinical role of CMR/CT by being part of local, European and global Imaging working groups/task forces and as a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Thoracic Imaging and the Congenital Heart Disease Journal.
