Marta Antonucci has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bologna and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London. She has worked for twenty years in international leadership positions in a variety of market-leading organizations in the cardiovascular sector, including Guidant Corporation, Boston Scientific, Thoratec Corporation and St Jude Medical. She currently leads Cardiovascular Lab, an incubator for early-stage projects in the cardiovascular field, and she is a venture partner at Innogest Capital, a European Venture Capital firm.
