Assistant Professor Yu-Chieh Huang

Dr. Yu-Chieh Huang is an assistant professor of Department of Physical Therapy in Asia University, who obtained her Ph.D. at the School of Physical Therapy, Graduate Institute of Rehabilitation Science, Chang Gung University in 2019. Meanwhile, she is also a licensed physical therapist in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Center of Asia University Hospital. Furthermore, during her career time, she has authored many research articles and books as well. Her research interest is aiming to understand mechanisms underlying cardiovascular diseases and exercise physiology in individuals with atherosclerosis, diabetics, heart diseases and cancer. Also, she is interested in Stress Echocardiography which can clarify the effects of exercise trainings in cardiac mechanics. With Her expertise, whose research features in combination with basic and clinical research techniques to explore the optimal exercise intervention for improving circulation functions and exercise capacities of individual.
