Biography
Dr Nelson Wang (BSc, MD, MPhil, PhD, FRACP) is an Academic Heart Failure Cardiologist and Senior Research Fellow at The George Institute for Global Health. Dr Wang's research focuses on clinical trials and implementation science across heart failure, hypertension and cardiometabolic diseases. He has authored >70 peer-reviewed publications including first author publications in The Lancet, JAMA, European Heart Journal and Journal of the American College of Cardiology. He developed BPmodel.org, an online tool that estimates blood pressure lowering efficacy of antihypertensives and their combinations.
