Dr. Riccardo Scagliola (Canelli, 1988) is an Italian Cardiologist currently resident at Cardinal Massaia Hospital in Asti, Italy. He top level graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2013 and in Cardiovascular Diseases in 2019. He is currently certified in EACVI ESC Adult Transthoracic and Transoesophageal Echocardiography since 2018 and 2022 respectively. He is skilled in clinical Cardiology, Intensive Care Unit, Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension outpatient clinics. He achieved masters in clinical echocardiography and stress echocardiography, and currently provides echocardiographic guidance for interventional procedures. He is currently member of the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging, and is author of more than 50 monographies and original publications on peer reviewed journals and abstracts presented at National and International Congresses. He is currently a member of the Editorial board and active reviewer for International Cardiovascular Journals.
