Dr. Abdelghani is an Interventional Cardiologist and a Lecturer of Cardiology at Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt and a scientific researcher at the Academic Medical Center, University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Dr. Abdelghani has authored over 60 peer-reviewed articles and many book chapters, is an editorial board member and has served as an associate editor for EuroIntervention journal, and served as invited faculty in many congresses including EuroPCR and CSI. His main focus of scientific interest is Valvular Heart Disease and Transcatheter Interventions for Adulthood Structural Heart Diseases.
