Biography
Master in Nursing Science (Master's degree) PhD in Innovative methodologies applied to communicable and chronic-degenerative disease: epidemiology, statistics, prevention, management and nursing. Nurse, first in Vascular and Thoracic Surgery and then Coronary Intensive Unit Care and Interventional Cardiology. Author or co-author of publications in international and national journals. Field of activity is heart failure, with emphasis on basic nursing skills, advanced skills, experiences of patients with heart failure and implementation of organizational models for the recognition of the heart failure nurse in research and advanced clinical practice. Currently, his area of research concerns patient involvement in research co-design and transitional knowledge development models for patients/citizens. A lecturer in qualitative research and research methodology, he holds collaborative positions for professional training in cardiology applied to research and clinical practice.
