Biography
Yen-Wen Wu, MD, PhD holds the position of Director of Cardiovascular Medical Center, Far Eastern Memorial Hospital. She concurrently serves as Adjunct Professor of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Wu received her MD from the College of Medicine, National Taiwan University; and her Master and PhD from the Graduate Institute of Clinical Medicine, National Taiwan University. She did her internal medicine, nuclear medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the National Taiwan University Hospital. She has long-standing interest in molecular imaging, cardiovascular functional imaging, and biomarkers and has been recognized for her research work with the numerous awards and honors she received from domestic and international scientific bodies. She is currently the Editor-in-Chief of Acta Cardiologica Sinica and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Annals of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.
