Area of interests: gut microbiota and its involvement in different aging-associated, cardiovascular and gastroenterological conditions. Current scientific work is mentoring and conducting the study on associations between the gut microbiota composition and vascular wall changes, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular risk factors, low-grade inflammation and diet and mentoring and conducting the study on fecal microbiota transplantation.
