Since 2021 I have been working as pediatric and adult congenital cardiologist at the IRCCS Policlinico S Donato (San Donato Milanese, Milan, Italy). From 2008 to 2013 I have worked at Papa Giovanni XXIII hospital, in Bergamo (Italy) in the electrophysiology unit and from 2013 to 2021, in pediatric cardiology and congenital heart disease unit. My main areas of interest are pediatric cardiology, diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart disease, with a focus on pulmonary hypertension and advanced heart failure, having acquired specific skills in these areas by spending also to periods of fellowship abroad (UK and India). However, I retain an interest in in more general areas of cardiology, including heart failure, myocarditis and arrhythmias. I am author of more than 50 publications on international peer reviewed journals. He is a member of ESC (FESC and ACHD WG) and AEPC (ACHD and pulmonary hypertension WG).
