Dr. Van Hare is Professor of Pediatrics (Cardiology), Washington University in St Louis . Dr. Van Hare's main clinical interest is in the area of heart rhythm disorders in children as well as in adults with congenital heart disease. He has been active in the field of pediatric electrophysiology since 1988 and has been a leader in the development of new methods for the management of arrhythmias, especially radiofrequency catheter ablation and cryoablation. He is a Past President of the Heart Rhythm Society (2017-18) and a past president of the Pediatric and Congenital Electrophysiology Society
