Andrey V. Tsokolov has completed his M.D. at the age of 34 years (the thesis on a problem of "a myocardium hypertrophy") from The central Military clinical hospital of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation). He is the Ultrasonographer and Managing an office of daily monitoring of an electrocardiogram. He has published more than 190 papers in reputed journals, has 2 monographs on an echocardiography and functional diagnostics.
